Project Manager

What you will be doing

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Develop a detailed project management plan
• Develop and manage the project schedule, with the assistance of a planner
• Develop and manage the project budget, in accordance with the company procedures
• Ensure that the projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assure the reporting documents set in the company procedures
• Manage all financial aspects of the projects, including the invoicing to the client
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities

Reporting & analysis

• Project Management Plan.
• Monthly progress report.
• Monthly review of project schedule.
• Budget monthly follow-up and quarterly update.

Other

• Guarantee the implementation of the company H&S policy.

Who we are looking for

• General requirement: Project manager with at least 7 / 8 years of experience in managing EPC contracts for Italian Public Works and / or M&E works for water, energy or O&G top tier international EPC Contractors.
• Education Requirements: Engineering degree. PMP certification is considered as an advantage.
• Languages required: Italian native / bilingual, English fluent, French is considered as an advantage.
• Required Skills: Ability to coordinate people and activities in compliance with the project schedule and budget; Strong contractual understanding, both for Italian Public Works Contract and International standard forms; Proven technical background in the water, energy, O&G or similar sector; Ability to identify risks and opportunities and relevant action plans; Understanding of the project financial and planning tools and KPIs.
