Marketing Officer

Position: Marketing Officer

We are looking for a person passionate about Architecture and Design, positive, dynamic, creative, with organizational and relationship skills. We offer the opportunity of an important position within the Group, to be carried out independently and in close contact with the management.

As MO, you’ll lead our marketing and communication efforts, turning ideas into impactful content across digital platforms. Your goal: ensure strong visibility for our Group’s cultural and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute editorial strategies
• Create and manage social media content (posts, stories, reels, videos)
• Monitor and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
• Engage with followers and respond to reviews
• Run and optimize advertising campaigns
• Update and manage websites, track SEO and traffic
• Design and update brochures and presentations
• Write press releases and maintain media kits
• Draft articles for design magazines
• Coordinate with external agencies and consultants
• Attend and support events
• Stay up-to-date with social media and design trends
• Collaborate with the team to align communication strategies
• Provide regular reports on activitiesHandle other related tasks as needed

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Deep understanding of architecture and design
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media and strategy
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Skilled in creating presentations and reports
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
• Creative content creation abilities
• Proficient in Google Analytics and keyword research
• Independent, analytical, and multitasking mindset
• Team-oriented attitude

Place of work

• The candidate would either work in one of the Group’s headquarters (Florence, Milan, or Dubai, subject to agreement with the employer) or remotely if all the requirements are satisfied.

Work contract

• Full-time employment, 40 hours per week, with flexibility required in working hours, in consideration of the different calendars and time zones of the Group's offices.
• Contract with the lead company or in one of the group companies, at the discretion of the principal.

Salary

• Commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills.
