Responsibilities

• Supervision of sales personnel and operational support to the commercial network.
• Management and development of existing clients, identification of new business opportunities.
• Monitoring of commercial performance and reporting of KPI to management.
• Collaboration with marketing and logistics offices to optimize commercial campaigns and deliveries on territory.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in managing commercial teams or sales areas.
• High school diploma or degree.
• Driver’s license for travel.
• Leadership, organizational and strategic planning skills.
• Strong results orientation and sales performance.
• Excellent relational and negotiation skills.
