Your Responsibilities

  • Definition and creation of incoming inspection plans
  • Inspecting incoming materials to verify compliance with specifications
  • Rejecting and returning non-compliant materials
  • Maintaining inspection tools and calibration records
  • Documenting inspection results and generating reports
  • Training production employees in the use of measuring instruments
  • Participating in the development of measurement methods and selection of appropriate measuring equipment, including measurement capability studies
  • Implementing corrective actions for nonconforming materials
  • Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards


Your Qualifications & Skills

  • Technical high school diploma or university degree in a technical field (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent)
  • Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the automotive sector
  • Solid knowledge of quality assurance methods and tools (e.g., 8D, process approval, statistical process control)
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement principles (e.g., 5S, PDCA cycle)
  • Basic knowledge of risk management (e.g., FMEA) and project management is considered a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is a plus
