Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant based in Rome, with flexibility for partial remote work. Responsibilities include providing daily administrative—accounting and budgeting support, coordinating schedules, and assisting executives with tasks as needed. The role also involves maintaining organizational systems, and ensuring the efficient operation of the office environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Strong Communication skills and professional Phone Etiquette
• Expertise in Clerical Skills, such as organizing documents, managing schedules, and record‑keeping
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with healthcare or wellness environments is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics/ Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• English needed
