Job Deliverables

• Conduct daily training and conduct daily skill huddles.
• Provide quality feedback to associates.
• Act as stand-in for Process Associate and the Area Manager.

Skills required

• Knowledge of problem solve tools.
• Strong SQL query skills, mathematics, and data analytics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, with knowledge of macros an added advantage.
• Willingness to work night shift based on requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
