Important: This is a fully remote role, but you must be residing in Greece (Athens or elsewhere). If you’re not yet living in Greece, we offer a full relocation package to help you settle in smoothly.

What Youll Do

• Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy
• Troubleshoot technical and service issues (full training provided)
• Keep accurate records and help improve the customer experience
• Collaborate with a young, international, and dynamic team

What Were Looking For

• Italian (C2) and English at least B2 level
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
• No previous experience required we will train you
• Must be residing or willing to relocate to Greece (remote work only from Greece)
