Responsibilities

• The selected candidate will play a key role in analyzing, mapping, and improving business processes across departments, with a strong focus on efficiency, collaboration, and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role;
• Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools ( Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.);
• Experience working in an Agile or DevOps environment;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Fluency in English.
• Nice to have: German language skills.
