Team Leader Network Engineer

Overview

Who we are looking for? We are looking for a Network Engineer with strong Citrix and VDI expertise and proven team leadership skills to join our team in Milan.

This is a hybrid position (1 day per week onsite, 4 days remote). You will work in an international environment, contributing to projects that require advanced technical expertise, leadership, and fluent communication in English.

Your missions

• Lead and coordinate Citrix/VDI-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Manage and support network infrastructure, with a focus on Citrix environments.
• Act as a technical reference point for the team, mentoring junior engineers, assign task.
• Collaborate with international teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication in English.
• Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and performance monitoring.

Your profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with Citrix technologies (XenApp, XenDesktop, VDI solutions).
• Solid background in network engineering (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls).
• Previous experience as a team leader or in a coordination role.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Italian is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset, ability to work in hybrid/remote setups.
