Couple Experiences Manager

Tuscany, Italy – Full-time, On-site

Responsibilities

Couple Care & Communication

  • Be the primary point of contact for couples before and during their 3‑day event.
  • Ensure they feel supported, informed, and calm throughout the experience.
  • Manage final details and confirmations (timelines, menus, logistics).
  • Guide couples through our wedding package and set clear, kind expectations.

Guest Experience

  • Welcome guests and make sure they always feel seen, safe, and cared for.
  • Support the flow of each day and check in with guests as needed.

Finalization & Light Planning

  • Clarify the final details — not heavy planning, as our package is fixed.
  • Make sure all information is complete and correct before the event starts.
  • Answer emails and maintain clear, warm communication with couples leading up to their wedding.
  • Set up video calls with the couple to finalize the details before their arrival.
  • Prepare the event folders and timelines for staff before the wedding arrives.

Cross‑Department Coordination

  • Communicate all event details to kitchen, bar, cleaning, maintenance, drivers, farm, and admin.
  • Ensure each team has the correct, updated information.
  • Follow up on tasks, updates, and last‑minute changes.

Hands‑On Support When Needed

  • Step in during busy moments to support the team, giving a quick hand to keep the flow.
  • Lead by example with a willingness to jump in — no task is “above” or “below” you when the couple needs things to run smoothly.
  • Stay flexible and solution‑oriented during the fast‑paced moments of a wedding day.

Operational Support During Events

  • Oversee the flow of the wedding days and support staff on‑site.
  • Solve unexpected issues with calmness and professionalism.
  • Ensure the couple and guests have a seamless, stress‑free experience.

Qualifications

  • Someone who genuinely cares about people and hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, structured, and able to keep track of many moving parts.
  • A calm problem‑solver who enjoys teamwork and multicultural environments.
  • Someone who is not afraid of being hands‑on when needed.
  • Has experience in hospitality.

Benefits

  • A meaningful role at a castle in the Tuscan mountains.
  • A supportive, value‑driven environment focused on communication, mindfulness, and personal growth.
  • Accommodation can be provided if needed.
  • A chance to be part of creating unforgettable wedding experiences for couples from all over the world.
