Housekeeping Supervisor

During SpA, authorized by the Ministry of Labor, selects a Housekeeping Supervisor for the Milano-Cortina 2026 Olympic Village.

Responsibilities

• Morning briefing with the service capi
• Inspection of rooms in arrival and departure without arrival
• Timely notification of maintenance interventions
• Guidance of waitresses and runners in daily tasks to improve competencies

Place of Work

Milano (MI)

Working Schedule

Full time 40h weekly from Monday to Sunday with two days of shifting rest, shifts from 08:00 to 17:00 or from 14:00 to 23:00 with one hour break.

Contract Type

Initial one‑month contract with possible extension until the end of activities at the end of March 2026.

Requirements

• Mature experience in the role
• Excellent resistance to stress
• Excellent problem solving and leadership skills
• English language knowledge
• Availability for shift work

Preferential if the candidate has experience and professional growth paths in structured contexts and language knowledge.
