ServiceNow Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and develop customized ServiceNow solutions, using best practices and ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructures.
• Analyze and optimize business processes, proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the consistency and scalability of ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical consulting on platform improvements and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations and standards.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• A degree in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
• At least 3 years of proven experience with ServiceNow, with strong knowledge of platform configuration, scripting, and workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM functionalities.
• Experience in large-scale implementation projects and complex environments.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders, both technical and non‑technical.
