Overview

Bracco is an international Group active in the healthcare sector and a leader in diagnostic imaging. The Group’s main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, both directly and indirectly through branches, joint ventures and license and distribution agreements. We are seeking a Reporting & Consolidation Specialist ready to join the Reporting & Consolidation Team of our Milan office. The Reporting & Consolidation Specialist will contribute to the Planning and Control activities of the Group, including coordinating the yearly Budgeting process, actual monthly closures, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Support Reporting & Consolidation Manager for what concerns all the controlling and reporting cycle of the Group: budgeting, monthly Closing, forecasting, Strategic planning;
  • Analysis of figures collected from affiliates and support to the Local Controllers and Corporate staff to ensure timely and accurate submissions of the data requested;
  • Support Reporting & Consolidation Team to manage and maintain the reporting tools updated;
  • Collaborate with IT department to support the continuous development of legacy reporting Systems and tools;
  • Participate to specific projects concerning enhancement of reporting, financial & accounting processes;
  • Provide ad hoc analysis;
  • Manage the preparation of the presentations of the Financial details for the Management.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in complex multinational organizations, managing consolidated financial and managerial processes
  • Sound knowledge of general ledger and financial closing processes
  • Knowledge of MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with SAP, BW and Hyperion Planning is considered a plus
  • English language: Advanced/Upper Intermediate Level, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
