M&A Senior Analyst @ Perpethua – Help reshape the future of Italian Small Medium Enterprises through Tech M&A

Perpethua is a fintech startup on a mission to rethink how small and medium businesses have access and execute M&A transactions. We've just closed a €500K round backed by leading institutional investors and high-standing angels. Now it's time to scale - and we're building a team of top performers to make it happen.

We're looking for a sharp, driven M&A Analyst with 1–3 years of experience who's ready to challenge the status quo.

What you’ll do :

• Work on both sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, directly alongside the founding team
• Be involved in all deal phases : origination, execution, closing
• Build models, assess businesses, speak with entrepreneurs, advisors, funds, and banks
• Support the ongoing development of our proprietary platform, collaborating with developers through structured feedback and product intuition
• Bring your energy and insight into a fast-moving environment where every voice counts

What we’re looking for :

• 1–3 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking or deal advisory
• Strong analytical and modeling skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to grow in a high-intensity environment
• A tech-driven approach : you believe that technology can (and should) improve every process
• Independence, critical thinking, and natural curiosity
• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
