Job Description:

The Bellevue in Cogne, Valle d'Aosta, overlooking the Prati di Sant'Orso and directly facing the Gran Paradiso and the National Park of the same name, is not just a hotel but a historic house that embraces the culture and nature of the Alps.

The Jeantet-Roullet family has been managing it since 1925, maintaining a tradition of hospitality involving over 90 employees.

The hotel features 39 unique rooms furnished with antiques from the family collection, a 1,200-metre regenerative spa, and four restaurants: Le Petit Bellevue, the Bar à Fromage, a mountain restaurant, and the Brasserie du Bon Bec.

Additional amenities include an award-winning wine cellar, cheese cellar, circular vegetable garden, and bakery, and it is part of the Relais & Châteaux association.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage mise en place
• Welcome guests
• Maintain cleanliness and order
• Support the Chef de Rang in operational management of hall service, complying with standards, procedures, and HACCP regulations

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of Italian
• Good knowledge of English and French
• At least one year of experience in 4*/5* hotels, gourmet restaurants, or Relais & Châteaux establishments
• Skills in organization, communication, customer service, and teamwork

Contract Details:

• Fixed-term contract from immediately until 13/10/2025
• CCNL Tourism; classification and salary based on experience
