Responsibilities

• SupportingtheGlobalCommodityManagerandcoordinatingwithbuyersofone'sUnit,todefinethestrategyfor procuringMaterial&PermanentSystemsgoods;
• SupportingandbeinginchargefortheoverallSourcingProcessincludingDefiningtheSupplierListintheVendorList, preparingtherequestforproposaltosend tosuppliers,andmanagingcommercialandcontractual negotiationactivitieswiththeidentifiedsuppliers,to pursuethefollowingtargets:inexpensiveness, synergy,qualitativeexcellenceandleadtimeoptimization;
• ContributingtotheCompanyandProcurementCommodityteamobjectives;
• EnsurecompliancewithGlobalSupplyChainandCompanyPolicies;
• Analyzing,comparingandassessingtheoffersreceivedbysuppliers,alsoguaranteeingthattheyaretechnicallycheckedbyrequestingCorporate Departments/OperationalUnits.Also,preparingsummarytablesofthefinaloffersandrecommendations;
• Drawingupthetermsandconditionsofagreements/purchaseorders,withthesupportoftheLegalDepartmentandContractDepartment, whilealsocoordinatingwithrequestingDepartments;
• Supportingsupplierrelations,incompliancewiththeCompany'sCodeofEthics,itsOrganization,ManagementandControlModel, pursuanttoLegislativeDecree231/2001,anditsAnti-CorruptionModel;
• SupportingRegionalSupplyChainManagersandProcurementManagers,tocreateprocurementplansfortheOperationalUnits, tomaximizeefficiencyand effectiveness;
• SupportingBiddingandStartupteamduringbiddingphase;
• Supportingreportanalysisactivitiesandidentifyingcorrectivemeasures,inagreementwiththeGlobalCommodityManagerandVendorManagement, tomanageandmitigatecriticalissuesdetectedwhilecarryingouttheprocurementprocess;
• SupportingtheCommodityteamindefiningandimplementingCommoditystrategies.

Requirements

• 5 plus years' experienceinthesameroleinmultinationalcontexts;
• SpecialistDegreeinEngineering/Economy/BusinessManagement;
• Marketanalysisandbenchmarkingskills;
• Supplybaseselection,developmentandmanagement;
• Capableofcarryingoutprimecostdrivervalueanalyses;
• ExcellentmasteryofMSOffice,SAPMM;
• Availabletotravelandstayto/atworksitesandjointventures;
