Business Insights & Salesforce Effectiveness Manager

On behalf of our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company with manufacturing sites in Italy and abroad, operating in the Primary Care sector with a particular focus on areas such as Respiratory Diseases, Pain, Women’s Health, and Gastrointestinal, Jefferson Wells is looking for a :

BUSINESS INSIGHTS & SALESFORCE EFFECTIVENESS MANAGER

The resource will be integrated into the Business Operations Department of the company and will have the following responsibilities :

• Identify key market and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) trends to support strategic planning and budgeting.
• Analyze and integrate internal (CRM, omnichannel, KPIs) and external data to generate actionable business insights.
• Develop and automate dashboards and reports using Power BI and other tools.
• Manage Field Force incentive plans, territory allocation, and related KPIs.
• Support performance reviews, forecasting, and business decision‑making through data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams to share best practices and drive a data‑driven culture.
• Present insights and reports to senior and executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications :

• 2+ years of experience with Power BI, data visualization, and data governance
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and database / reporting tools
• Familiarity with IQVIA data and other market data sources
• Knowledge of CRM systems, SAP / BW, and basic database concepts
• Excellent analytical, time management, and teamwork skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
