Description:

We are looking for candidates to join our Workforce & Organization Transformation Practice at Mercer in either Milan or Rome as a Senior Consultant or Manager.

Our Transformation Practice supports clients' People Strategy, focusing on HR Organization, Processes, Skills, Technology, and Analytics. As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and workforce performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct assessments of workforce and organizational structures, processes, and practices.
• Analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities, gaining expertise in organization design, process re-engineering, analytics, and technology trends.
• Design and implement tailored solutions aligned with clients' strategic goals.
• Support client project sales and delivery in line with project strategies.
• Facilitate client meetings and act as a trusted advisor.
• Learn and apply Mercer’s tools and methodologies, collaborating with other practices.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other deliverables.
• Stay updated on industry trends and share insights.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Economics, Organization, or Management Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years (Senior Consultant) or 5 years (Manager) experience in consulting, focusing on workforce transformation or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI) and statistical tools.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
