Junior Business Analyst

We are looking for a results-drivenJunior Business Analystto join our Commercial Excellence team based in Piombino Dese (PD). The role focuses on data analysis and performance monitoring to support decision-making and process optimization. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, develop reports and dashboards, and contribute to the implementation of business intelligence tools to enhance commercial effectiveness.

Main responsibilities:

• Data analysis and modelling to monitor and evaluate business performances within the Commercial area;
• Define reporting structure and systems for commercial KPIs to control commercial performances, optimize commercial processes and enhance data accuracy;
• Prepare periodic reports and presentations;
• Ability to develop new analysis / reports using business intelligence tools;
• Constantly alert internal stakeholders on major KPIs deviation to promptly evaluate corrective actions;
• Effective communication with internal stakeholders to clearly understand their goals and requirements;
• Oversee the implementation of new business intelligence systems / tools by cooperating with IT department;
• Constantly provide inputs to improve monitoring of commercial KPIs and commercial processes

Qualifications

• 2/3 years of experience in Business Analysis;
• Business awareness
• Experience in analyzing data and preparing reports and presentations to support and facilitate business decision making processes
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of the office package (Excel, Projects, PowerPoint);
• Excellent knowledge of Power BI;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent knowledge of English language is required.
