Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production shift teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.


• Develop production procedures and implement key production processes.


• Recruit and train production staff, emphasizing the development of local talent.


• Implement digital solutions, including digital twin technology and PI systems.


• Develop and write production procedures.


• Participate in the definition of start-up sequences.
