Training Expert- Taranto

Responsibilities

• Design and update training materials for your focus area (Handling & Logistics or Finish & Paint).
• Analyze current training practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop training roadmaps and plans aligned with production needs.
• Work with engineers and specialists to translate technical processes into clear and practical training content.
• Ensure training meets internal standards, safety requirements, and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement using Lean tools such as 5 Whys – a technique to find the root cause of a problem by asking "why" five times, Fishbone Diagram (also called Ishikawa Diagram) – a tool to identify and visualize causes of a specific issue.
• Gather feedback from trainees and continuously improve training programs.
• Spend time in the factory to fully understand the processes and challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Certified in Train-the-Trainer.
• 6–8 years of experience developing training programs for factory or shop floor workers.
• Experience planning and delivering training to large groups (up to 100 people).
• Comfortable working in an organized, multicultural manufacturing environment.

Key Skills

• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) – platforms used to manage and deliver training programs.
• Familiarity with digital training tools or e-learning formats.
• Problem‑solving mindset and data‑driven approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to spend time on the shop floor to observe and learn.
