Digital PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist

TP-Link Italia is growing its local marketing team and is looking for a talented and motivated Digital PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist to support our brand visibility and digital growth in the Italian market.

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Digital PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and manage influencer collaborations across multiple platforms. This role will be responsible for identifying high-potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), negotiating partnerships, launching influencer campaigns, and monitoring performance based on defined KPIs. The ideal candidate will work closely with the internal Marketing and E-commerce teams to ensure that influencer activities align with brand strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Digital PR and Influencer Marketing strategies to support product launches, brand campaigns, and always-on digital communication.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recruit high-potential creators and KOLs across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and emerging social platforms.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage ongoing relationships with influencers, agencies, and content partners.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing, creative coordination, content review, approval processes, and final delivery.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to integrate influencer activities into broader communication and Digital PR plans.
  • Support the E-commerce team in driving traffic and sales through creator-driven campaigns and affiliate programs.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective partnerships and maximizing return on investment.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends, platform evolutions, and competitor strategies to continually optimize influencer effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or digital campaign execution (preferably in consumer electronics, tech, or lifestyle brands).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems in Italy.
  • Experience working with influencer management tools, analytics platforms, and social media insights.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities and KPI-oriented thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent inItalian and English (written and spoken).
