Job Responsibilities:

  • The candidate is accountable for generating new orders by planning and executing sales transactions, which address and provide solutions for business system’s needs.
  • Be responsible for primary outside sales and relationship interface for assigned accounts, as well as developing new accounts.
  • Sell mobile robots, solutions, and services to include engineering, installation, commissioning, and aftermarket services into assigned areas / accounts.
  • Achieve sales quotas by selling to new and existing customers.
  • Manage large accounts, specialized accounts, partners, and 3rd parties.
  • Maintain and increase market share within region and assigned accounts.
  • Follow-up on qualified leads, perform marketing activities, determine configurations, develop proposals with Solution Engineers and maintain frequent customer visits.
  • Compile all relevant data to determine the exact nature of the customer's business needs and develop solutions utilizing internal resources.
  • Serve as primary interface for assigned customers.
  • Drive account development, assist with sales plans and forecasting.
  • Utilize CRM tools, maintain orders opportunity databases, develop needs assessments, and distribute appropriate documentation to team members for cost estimates, contract preparation process, etc.
  • Negotiate price and finalize contract terms and conditions.
  • Performs direct sales and marketing activities, including lead follow-up, strategic account planning, building relationships with potential customers, fact finding, analysing business processes in relation to current systems, uncovering applications cost justification of new systems and applications.

Job Requirements:

  • Established experience with the American logistics and automation industry, strong advantage for candidate with experience in mobile robotics and fulfilment solution.
  • Experience working within a consultative sales process especially with solution offers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to negotiate with, and influence customers regarding major sales campaigns.
  • Ability to coordinate several opportunities and projects simultaneously.
  • Effective problem identification and resolution skills.
  • Enjoy working in intercultural environment.
  • Proven analytical and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient with CRM tools.
  • Position require e ability to travel an average of 50% of the time during a typical workweek.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €80,000.00 - €120,000.00 per year
