Project Manager - Medical Device - Modena (Mo)

You will be involved in projects related to the Biomedical sector and will undertake the following activities:

• Management of key Maintenance of Business projects (e.g., obsolescence, standard compliance) and efficiency projects (e.g., installation of new machinery in other plants).
• Strategic and operational management of multiple projects in parallel.
• Planning and monitoring of activities (timelines and costs), resource management.
• Feasibility analysis and risk/opportunity management of projects.
• Reporting activities, project documentation, and communication with Sponsors and Stakeholders.

You will work within our Energy, Industry & Life Sciences industry

• This industry aims to invest in cleaner energy sources, adopt new technologies to stay competitive, and integrate technological and medical advancements, focusing on patient-centric models. The common challenge across these sectors is the digital revolution, which we aim to leverage. EILIS supports its clients in these challenges.

Your Profile

You should have 2 to 4 years of professional experience.

Essential requirements:

• Knowledge of main Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
• Familiarity with key Project Management tools
• Ability to interface with internal stakeholders (R&D, Quality Assurance) and external stakeholders (suppliers and contractors)
• Ability to work independently in a structured environment, decision-making, leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, goal orientation
• Knowledge of Medical Devices regulatory context (nice to have)
• Excellent command of English
• Willingness to travel
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Teamwork attitude
