Finance Manager

Requisiti

• Laurea in Economia.

An industrial company in the automotive sector is seeking a Finance Manager to lead all administrative, accounting, and financial operations. This key role ensures accuracy in financial processes, supports strategic decision‑making, and contributes to the development and strengthening of the Finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all accounting activities, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Oversee annual financial statements and monthly/quarterly management reporting.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze operational trends, costs, revenues, and financial obligations to support strategic planning.
• Work closely with the CFO to enhance financial tools, processes, and objectives.
• Maintain and update financial and accounting procedures.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, and financial planning.
• Handle relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics/Finance.
• Solid experience in a Finance Manager role and team leadership.
• Strong background in treasury, accounting, reporting, and financial control.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong Excel skills; SAP/AS400 knowledge is a plus.
• English knowledge preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving skills, and stakeholder communication abilities.
