Join our marketing team as a Junior Growth Marketing Manager, specializing in Display, Native, SEO / SEM, and Meta strategies. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our management team, including our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the Italian Managing Director, contributing to strategic decisions for the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies, focusing on Display, Native, SEO / SEM, and Meta, tailored to our B2B and lead generation needs
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies for optimal impact and continuous improvement
• Engage in effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders during the initiation and execution of marketing projects
• Take on ad-hoc projects across various domains, providing support to the CMO in diverse responsibilities
• Identify and drive strategic marketing projects, employing customer‑centric and entrepreneurial methodologies

(open to candidates based in Berlin / Germany willing to relocate to Milan, Italy)

Qualifiche

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Previous work experience or internships in fast‑growing environments like startups
• Strong analytical skills, proactive attitude, and a solution‑oriented approach to work
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
• A deep interest in business development and eagerness to learn
• Proficient in task prioritization in fast‑paced settings and committed to delivering high‑quality results
• Goal‑oriented work ethic, high proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility
• High quality standards with a can‑do attitude that inspires others
• Fluency in Italian and English
