Italy Service Area Manager
About the Position
We are looking for an Italy Service Area Manager to join the Italy Technical Services & Equipment Sales Team of the Aftermarket Division, reporting directly to Technical Services & Equipment Director. This position will operate on an itinerant basis in the geographical area of responsibility: Lombardia.
Responsibilities
- Have direct responsibility for Service product revenue per customer (related to budget and sales contracts).
- Have direct responsibility for the Magneti Marelli Checkstar network (Service and Car Body Network), managing and developing it.
- Manage orders and sales contracts for Service products.
- Periodically involve mechanics in network activities (organization of courses, roadshows, conventions, incentive activities).
- Participate in periodic audits.
- Prepare monthly forecasts for Service product lines.
- Manage promotions and sell-in actions on customers.
- Manage customer inquiries in sales, marketing, administration and logistics.
- Perform product activation and technical demonstrations.
Qualifications
- Multiple years of experience in the technical field of the Automotive industry.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
- Technical and technological knowledge of mechanical parts and equipment.
- Good knowledge of shop floor dynamics and processes.
- Propensity for commercial negotiation.
