Within the Digital Transformation & Information Technology team, you will support the definition of technologies for managing and processing data collected from various customer interaction touchpoints, both physical and digital. Your responsibilities will include :

• Identifying technological solutions and defining best practices
• Supporting the design of reference architecture
• Coordinating involved development teams
• Understanding business requirements and optimizing performance and costs

We encourage applications especially from candidates with :

• Significant knowledge of software architectures, particularly data architectures
• Extensive experience in managing software projects
• Proficiency in R or Python languages
• Knowledge of big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks, ...)
• Strong understanding of relational databases and noSQL
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other Cloud providers
• Familiarity with agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum) and waterfall project methodologies
• Good command of English
