HR BUSINESS PARTNER (SOSTITUZIONE MAERNTIA'/MATERNITY LEAVE)

Join to apply for the HR BUSINESS PARTNER (SOSTITUZIONE MAERNTIA'/MATERNITY LEAVE) role at CELINE.

Responsibilities

  • Be the referent of HR area at the Production Site of Radda in Chianti (Siena).
  • Daily support to line managers on organizational, people and change related topics.
  • Recruiting and training of resources in a manufacturing context.
  • Attendance Management (around 250 employees), monitoring of HR KPI as well as absenteeism and support on payroll area.
  • Manage internal unions relationship and disciplinary issue.
  • Organization analysis and resources assessment to propose career and remuneration actions.
  • Works closely with managers and employees to consolidate LVMH Group & Celine Mindset throughout population, improving communication, engagement, sense of belonging and retention.
  • Strictly collaboration with HR team to create synergies and exchanges between the plants to improve internal mobilities, job rotation, shared projects, etc.

Profile

  • Education: Bachelors/Master degree
  • Experience: 4–5 years in the HR Department, in manufacturing context/plant
  • Good interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, respect deadlines and set priorities
  • Strong sense of initiative and autonomy
  • Team‑working, proactivity and flexibility
  • Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus
