This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home in Greece while assisting customers with their transportation needs. Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to transportation services, including bookings, schedules, and policies via phone, email, and chat in Italian
• Provide detailed information about routes, pricing, and available transportation options
• Assist customers with managing their reservations, making changes, and resolving issues promptly
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up
• Collaborate with operational teams to address customer concerns effectively and ensure quality service delivery
• Stay informed about industry trends and company updates to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of Greek and/or English is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the transportation or travel industry, is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to resolve customer complaints efficiently and maintain a positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
• Familiarity with CRM software and general computer applications
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed
