In order to further develop our presence in this area, we are looking for either a junior, medior, or senior individual who aspires to be (come) a product manager for bale equipment and choppers. You will help support our international team located in the manufacturing and competence center in Italy.

Responsibilities & contribution

  • Prepare and execute product training for our distribution partners (globally)
  • Utilize Business Intelligence to monitor market and competitor developments / trends
  • Satisfy market / customer demands by continuously developing product programs
  • Prepare input for R&D projects (LOR, market potentials, cost targets, etc.)
  • Ensure correct price positioning in the various markets
  • Ascertain sustainable product profitability by following up on product cost / sales price structure
  • Support our marketing team with preparation of sales concepts, making relevant material available (e.g., photo shooting, leaflets, etc.) and preparing / executing of events
  • Manage product performance in the field
  • Contribute to securing sales and production planning needs of our customers through forecasting
  • Achieve team objectives through collaborative efforts

We need

  • Degree, with focus in agronomy or agricultural economics
  • Technical understanding and strong practical experience with agricultural machinery
  • Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Structured, motivated, and able to present in front of large groups
  • Fluent in Italian, preferably also in English
  • Willingness to travel within and between countries regularly
