Tax Specialist

Our company committed to excellence, innovation, and integrity. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Tax Specialist to join our finance team and ensure compliance with all tax regulations while optimizing tax strategies for the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the company’s tax compliance, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and payments.
• Provide strategic tax planning and advice to minimize tax liabilities and support business decisions.
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and liaise with tax authorities as needed.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the business.
• Assist with tax audits and ensure proper documentation and risk management.
• Collaborate with the accounting team during month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and maintain tax reports and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tax management, preferably within a multinational environment or Big Four.
• Strong knowledge of local and international tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, e.g., SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in Chinese, English (Chinese speakers are preferred) ;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
