Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe. We collect data where automation is not possible. Our services include counting features, taking pictures, making videos, recording speech, and scanning areas for detailed analysis. Our field data collection teams are based across Europe and North America, ready to accept new challenges.

Project Overview

This project involves collecting high-quality visuals of streets, key points of interest, and public spaces across EU countries. Vehicles equipped with removable 360° cameras and lidars will be used by drivers to capture comprehensive images of surroundings. The data will be stored on onboard SSD drives and used to enhance a leading online mapping platform.

Data collectors will follow pre-assigned routes focusing on public streets, commercial areas, and points of interest. Some areas may need to be revisited under favorable weather conditions to ensure image quality.

The project duration varies depending on the scope of work, typically ranging from 3 to 6 months per area.

Work schedule : Full-time engagement during standard business hours (8 AM - 7 PM).

The recruitment process for the Driver position includes a safety driving test, interview with a recruiter, and onboarding.

Ideal Candidate :

• Holds a valid EU-issued driver’s license.
• Has a clean criminal and driving record background check.
• Has at least 5 years of driving experience.
• Has professional driving experience (e.g., taxi, delivery, logistics).
• Proficient in English and the local language.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using GSuite tools (Gmail, Google Spreadsheets, Google Forms).
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics.
• Demonstrates responsibility, reliability, and professionalism.
• Enjoys traveling and exploring new places.
• Familiar with the operational area.
