HSE Engineer

HSE Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that the organization follows all relevant safety standards. They will work with management to identify hazards, develop plans to mitigate those hazards, and implement these plans on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities include conducting internal audits and HSE walks, problem-solving investigations, and KPI reporting activities as required by company management.

Reporting to the HSE Facility Manager, the HSE Engineer will prepare and deploy business improvement and correction plans.

Experience Requirements :

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company.
• Preferably registered Lead Internal Auditor in Safety & Environmental standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Ability to analyze data, generate measures, run reports, work under pressure, and implement effective changes.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, planning, and reactive capabilities.
• Support maintenance activities by reviewing subcontractor Safe Systems of Work and associated RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) with relevant documentation.

Qualifications :

• Ideally holding certifications in ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
• Ideally qualified as a professional figure ASPP as per D.Lgs 81/08.
• Fluent in English.
