With a team of over 30 professionals, we are a recognized leader in Italy's renewable sector, supporting top multinational energy companies, investment funds, project developers, sponsors and other active investors in the energy industry.
As a Legal Junior Associate in the Regulatory & Public Law Department, you’ll be part of a dynamic team based in Milan, working on complex regulatory matters, due diligence activities, legal opinions and research related to key industry issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with due diligence activities
- Support the M&A and project finance teams in drafting contractual provisions
- Draft legal opinions on regulatory and administrative issues
- Conduct legal research
- Collaborate with other departments at Green Horse Advisory
What We’re Looking For
We seek a motivated recent law graduate or someone with up to one year of experience in the matters above, with:
