Responsibilities

• Guest Welcomer – greet guests with a warm smile and ensure a positive first impression.
• Check‑In Champion – process check‑ins and check‑outs, assist with room assignments and reservations to ensure smooth guest stays.
• Information Guru – serve as the go‑to resource for guests seeking information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
• Problem‑Solving Pro – handle guest inquiries and requests with quick thinking, resolving issues promptly and to the guest’s satisfaction.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, engaging guests and making them feel welcome and valued.
• Strong organizational skills, able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Preferably based in the Milan area (accommodation not provided).
