Main duties

• Talent Acquisition & Selection: Manage job postings, pre‑screen candidates, and ensure timely communication with all applicants.
• Onboarding & Integration: Oversee the onboarding process, including pre‑arrival communications, classroom training delivery, and coordinating staff housing to ensure a seamless and welcoming start.
• Learning & Development: Facilitate e‑learning access and completion of mandatory online courses. Coordinate, track, and follow up on corporate and departmental training programs.
• Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives that cultivate a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
• Supporting HR tasks to ensure all operations align with brand standards and contribute to exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills both in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• At least one year of HR experience.
