For our Distribution Department at our Reggio Emilia Branch, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist – Distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve processes.
• Coordinate tasks with the logistics team to track shipments and resolve any delivery issues that may arise.

Basic Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Any previous experience in customer service or similar role is considered a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced proficiency in English (B2 or C1 level).
