  • Maintain strong documentation, deviation management, product release, change control, and CAPA processes, ensuring traceability and transparency via platforms such as SAP, Veeva, and Optiva
  • Lead an advanced, highly automated QC operation, enabling efficiency, compliance, and data-driven product control
  • Oversee analytical and microbiological laboratory activities, ensuring timely release, method compliance, and continual calibration of lab instruments
  • Drive improvements in automation and digitization within the laboratory and in partnership with manufacturing
  • Sponsor and drive Quality improvement projects across the site, including simplification of procedures, automation, and digital system optimization
  • Collaborate on the execution of broader site programs, productivity initiatives, and deployment of digital factory solutions
  • Identify and proactively mitigate quality risks by ensuring early detection, root cause analysis, and preventive actions
  • Represent Reckitt in inspections and lead site-level responses and governance aligned with legal, customer, and internal standards
  • Lead and coach a multidisciplinary quality team, fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and operational excellence

Qualifications
