The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining sales for existing customers as well as generating new markets for Kubota engines. This position is the "window" and direct link for all activities and communication between distributors, customers and Kubota.
Duties and Responsibilities
Kubota is a leading manufacturer of industrial engines with a reputation for quality and performance. Our business is B to B (Business to Business). We do not sell finished products to end users. Most of the time, requests come from existing customers or potential new customers due to the high reputation of Kubota engines and the characteristics of long-term projects planned by customers (budget planning). Taking care of existing customers increases sales and market share. This creates new business opportunities with potential new customers. This is the cycle of our business. Our customers are manufacturers of industrial machinery. In particular, we communicate with customers' purchasing and engineering departments.
