We’re seeking a Field Application Engineer (FAE) to join a global leader in advanced power solutions, and help drive innovation across automotive, aerospace & defense, industrial, and high‑performance computing markets.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with business development teams to win new designs and accelerate adoption.
• Provide hands‑on technical support : product selection, system design, troubleshooting.
• Deliver seminars, training, and lab evaluations to customers and partners.
• Build strong relationships with engineering teams across industries.
• Travel 30–50% to engage customers face‑to‑face.

What We’re Looking For

• 🎓 Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• ⚡ 5+ years in analog / power supply design or applications engineering.
• 🚙 Automotive market experience is a big plus.
• 💬 Fluent in English and Italian, with strong communication skills.
• 🚗 Full clean driving license.
