Job Description:

Historic residence on the top of the hill south of Siena, the Borgo dominates the prestigious vineyards of Castello Banfi. A romantic succession of typically Tuscan landscapes unfolds on the gentle slopes, amidst vineyard plots, plum crops and groves. To recreate the welcoming atmosphere of great refinement that befits the grand cru, the furnishings of the old farmhouses were commissioned to the famous interior architect Federico Forquet. It is he who conceived the suites, the reading room and the restaurants, together with the warm and elegant rooms that lend themselves to the pleasures of tasting the excellent wines produced by the Mariani family.

Within the restaurant is responsible for:

- Be responsible for the cleanliness of the rooms and materials in use

- Perform mise en place by adhering to specified standards

- Perform expected duties to the best of one's ability to ensure that guests have an experience consistent with expectations through attention to all details

- Take the utmost care in serving food and beverages

- Unclutter the room, clean and maintain order Support the Chef de Rang in the operational management of room service, in compliance with standards and procedures

- Excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English

- Experience of at least one year gained in 4*/5* hotels or fine dining restaurants

- Organizational skills, communication, customer orientation and collaboration complete the profile

Availability from Monday to Sunday with two days of rest.
