Service Engineers & Sales Representatives in Europe
LandGlass is recruiting service engineers & sales representatives in Europe. Familiar with glass tempering furnaces. 3 years of relevant experience in glass tempering furnace service is preferred.
Based in Europe and responsible for the installation and after‑sales service of glass tempering machines in Europe.
Responsibilities
Provide professional installation, maintenance and troubleshooting service for European customers.
Provide a rapid and knowledgeable response to all customers’ requests.
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Opportunities to transition to a sales position for outstanding performers meeting assessment criteria, based on career aspirations and company needs.
Qualifications
University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem‑solving ability.
Practical field experience in heavy machinery installation and after‑sales service.
Knowledge and experience of the glass industry are highly desired.
High mobility, willingness to travel across Europe.
