You analyze category KPIs and market data to identify growth opportunities and new assortments and to optimize performance and react to current developments.
You are responsible for onsite pricing and work closely with marketing teams on product placement for campaigns and promotions, actively supporting overall marketing initiatives.
You work closely with internal teams (e.g., Procurement, Controlling, Marketing) and external partners to streamline category processes.
You collaborate with the team on cross‑functional projects to improve category structures, processes, and merchandising strategies.
Qualifications
You have experience in Category Management or similar roles, preferably in e‑commerce or for health‑related products.
You enjoy working very data‑driven and have strong analytics skills with the ability to interpret sales data, financial metrics, and market trends.
You have a customer‑focused mindset and can adapt to changing priorities in dynamic environments.
You possess fluency in both Italian and English along with excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
You are located in or around Cologne, Berlin, or Settala. You can work remotely regularly if you like but are able and willing to meet with your team in the office at least weekly.
