Responsibilities

• Organize co-marketing events: obtain quotes from suppliers, manage supplier relationships, ensure all on-field event aspects, support drafting the event program.
• Administer event-related administration: create purchase orders, order free event gifts, manage sample movement.
• Coordinate catering, flowers, gifting: oversee the entire process from order to delivery and monitoring.
• Communicate constantly with logistics and security teams to organize product movement in different locations (for events or photo-shootings).
• Conduct competitor analysis: track and report competitor events in PowerPoint presentations, monitor competitor presence in magazines, open and close points of sale, and collect content for internal communication.
• Maintain a data archive of images, lists of suppliers.
• Organize travel: book flights, hotels, transfers.
• Participate in events in Italy and abroad (boutique events, special projects, showroom B2B events, new boutique openings).

Qualifications

• Iscrizione al collocamento mirato ai sensi del DL 68/99.
• Degree in Communication preferred.
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to keep multiple deadlines on track.
• Strong interpersonal skills, relationship building, and stakeholder management.
• Results oriented and client centric.
• Flexible, open, creative, positive.
• Digital savvy – daily use of SAP, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and AI.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Full-time based in Milan, but flexible for trips in Italy/abroad.
• Available for this 1-year fixed-term contract.
