Located in the heart of Chianti Classico, Borgo San Felice Resort combines all the pleasures of the dolce vita. The Dimora is an example of a diffuse hotel, composed of an entire medieval village that includes a swimming pool, wine cellars, dining areas, The Botanic Spa, a church, and surrounding estate vineyards. Reporting to the Director, the responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and coordinating the Reservations Department
  2. Handling requests and offers within established internal procedures
  3. Managing tariff plans via the channel manager interfaced with the site
  4. Supporting the Revenue Manager with channel management
  5. Organizing weekly meetings with hotel management
  6. Training staff to create an autonomous team
  7. Having at least three years of experience in similar roles in 5-star hotels or R&C
  8. Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  9. Excellent knowledge of hotel software and channel managers
  10. Demonstrating leadership in people management
  11. Showing initiative and ability to manage independently
  12. Possessing relational skills, guest orientation, problem-solving abilities, stress management, and teamwork skills

The position is expected to start in February 2025, with an initial 12-month contract that may be converted into a permanent role. Benefits include:
