English Teacher - Corporate classes

As a rapidly expanding organization, we are looking to enhance our employee development programs, specifically in language proficiency. We are currently seeking an experienced English Teacher to deliver corporate classes to our team members across Europe.

The role

As an English Teacher at MotorK, you will play a vital role in enhancing the English language skills of our employees. Your duties will include:

• Designing and delivering engaging English language lessons tailored to corporate needs
• Conducting assessments and providing feedback to participants on their progress
• Creating a positive, interactive, and supportive learning environment
• Adjusting lesson plans based on the varying proficiency levels of participants
• Utilizing a variety of teaching resources and techniques to enhance learning outcomes

Details of the role

• Classes: 3 groups (levels A1, A2, B1, B2)
• Duration: 2 hours per class per week (schedule can be arranged with flexibility, but within working hours)
• Format: Online lessons, maximum 6 participants per group
• Additional tasks: Occasional testing sessions for new students
• Remote teaching

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and experience in corporate settings. The following qualifications are essential:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching English to adults in a corporate environment or similar
• Excellent command of English (native or near-native proficiency)
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with virtual teaching platforms is a plus
