The Global Digital Communications Specialist supports the execution and optimization of ZEGNA’s global digital communications strategy across email and SMS channels. The role focuses on delivering effective lifecycle communications, supporting brand needs, and ensuring consistent, engaging, and data‑driven customer journeys across all digital touchpoints. Working closely with Global CVM, Content, Media, IT, Digital Business, and regional teams, you will nurture the digital customer throughout the entire lifecycle while contributing to performance analysis, testing, and continuous optimization.
