Reporting directly to the Senior Product Manager, this person will primarily manage various production requirements by initiating, overseeing, and ensuring a smooth production flow of our interiors products. This involves coordinating with all relevant stakeholders, from the suppliers to the Liberty team.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams (Design, Sales, Merchandising) to deliver high standards in fast-paced luxury environments.
Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
Team-oriented, values collective strengths and works effectively across organisational boundaries.
Proven experience overseeing end-to-end product development, including style follow-up, and supplier handovers for fabrics and wallpapers.
Skilled in researching and integrating special workmanship, embroideries, and finishing details to elevate product quality.
Strong planning and organisational skills - decisive, execution-focused, and able to prioritise effectively.
Experience in textile product development (interiors experience not essential).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Commercially aware, with an understanding of margins and profitability.
