Randstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, is looking for a Project Manager - Climate Technology Solutions for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.

We offer an initial 12 month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company.

Workplace: Florence

Retribuzione annua: 34000€ - 40000€

Esperienza: 1 anno

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a degree in engineering and substantial experience in Project Management;
  • Have a thorough knowledge of T&Cs glossary and dynamics, including contractual provisions, risks, claims and remedies management;
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English and master presentations at executive level;
  • Have an entrepreneurial attitude and display solid behavioural, influencing and leadership skills;
  • Have a project management certification from an accredited institute (e.g. PMP, IPMA);
  • Be able to travel internationally to visit customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager - Climate Technology Solutions, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving your team and engaging all supporting functions as needed to smoothly execute in compliance with the contractual commitments;
  • Making sure that project financials, on-time delivery and quality excellence meet and exceed targets;
  • Being the to-go person for project stakeholders and a guide to get opportunities out of challenges and unpredictable changes;
  • Addressing and resolving any project related matters, from reporting status at all levels, to risks mitigation, to project close out.
